Fashion + Art:
The 20th anniversary of Ukrainian Fashion Week
For the 20th anniversary of Ukrainian Fashion Week, 20 of the best designers and 20 talented artists created 20 creative works of Art. I was working with fashion designer Lilia Poustovit for ELLE project magazine - 20th Ukrainian Fashion Week.

Quadriptych "Fashion Seasons":
1 "Spring", 2 "Summer", 3 "Autumn", 4 "Winter"
Oil on linen canvas 39.4" x 29.6" (100 x 70 cm), 2017
As we wear clothes according to the weather and season, the idea of the Artwork is Four Seasons of Nature. So I divided the painting into four equal canvases: Spring, Summer, Autumn, and Winter.
For each part of the Artwork, I used different color gamuts which symbolize each Season. The prints of Lilia Poustovit collection 2017 were used for the decoration of fabrics. And I used the architectural elements of the Old and New city of Kyiv (Ukraine). For the image of the architectural elements, I used the texture paste so these elements on my Artwork are volume. It was interesting for me to connect Four Parts.

The First Exhibition of Ukrainian Book Illustration
National Museum of Literature of Ukraine
Participated in an Exhibition with my Graduation Thesis, which was created in 2008 "King-Crybaby and Titillation-man" by Ukrainian author - Vasyl Symonenko.
Ten years have passed since these illustrations were painted. For ten years I copied it from one computer to another, then to another and another, and thought - "why am I doing it? who might need it?"... :) And now it's time for this book. Of course, now I draw much better than ten years ago, as it seems to me and what I frankly hope. But still, the world saw the work. :)
Now located in a private collection.

“Shevchenko's Thoughts are Directed to the Future”
Supreme Council of Ukraine
As part of the week of honoring the memory of Taras Shevchenko, an exhibition "Dumas to Shevchenko turned to the future" was held.
Taras Shevchenko also is known as Kobzar Taras, or simply Kobzar, was a Ukrainian poet, writer, artist, public and political figure, as well as folklorist and ethnographer. For some, he is a national poet and a talented artist, for others - a national prophet and messiah.
His art of exploring man as a unique spiritual being who is able to choose his own destiny, his talent for studying the subtlest gestures of the soul, its diversity and versatility do not leave indifferent. His interpretation of the main manifestation of existence - freedom as a responsibility for the outcome of their choices, inspires contemporaries.
